This is chewy and dense and contains oats, nuts, dried fruit and lots of other goodies for a packed full of flavour chew or slice depending on how you cut it.
INGREDIENTS
1 396g tin condensed milk
1 pack of Not So Humble Crumble
1 ½ cups of dried fruit - we had chopped dried apricots, cranberries and raisins
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup mixed chocolate chips - we used half whIte chocolate and half dark chocolate
METHOD
Preheat oven to 170C and line a 20x20 tin with baking paper
Put the tin of condensed milk in a pot large enough to take all your ingredients and heat to "melt slightly"
Add the crumble, baking soda, baking powder and dried fruit and stir until its all combined
Remove from the heat and add your chocolate chips - so they retain some of their shape
Spoon into tin an level out, then cook for 35-40 minutes until golden but still soft.
Let cool in tin before slicing.
