This is liquid cookies - and super simple. Just throw everything together and wait
INGREDIENTS
4 cookie dough – we use classic chocolate chip
11/2 cups milk
METHOD
First cook the cookies
Preheat oven to 190 and line a baking tray with baking paper
Once its up to temperature take 4 of your doughs out of the freezer, place on the lined tray and put straight into the oven
Bake for 9-10 minutes until golden
Once cooked let cool on tray for 10-15 minutes until cooled.
Put the milk in a wide jug and add the 4 cooked cookies (break them up a bit) and make sure they are covered in the milk Let sit, in the fridge, for about 30 minutes to infuse.
Strain using a fine strainer. Stir a little if necessary to strain the milk, but don’t push down or the soaked cookie goo will come through to. (We strained it a second time using a tea strainer (cos we had one) –it didn’t change the flavour – just got rid of some of the crumb from the milk)
